support iconThere is an absolute ton of information on this site for you and several ways for you to get advice.

Instead of the traditional ‘bums on seat’s type clinic where you can really only help a fortunate few who can come and see you, nowadays I have chosen to help many more people via

The highly informative step by step pages on this site. Start with Welcome and work your way through the steps as they appear in the menu. By the end of that. you’ll know much more than most doctors!

500+ blog posts so far. Sign up to get posts directly to email as I post them, or a feed to your chosen reader using the links in the right hand column. To subscribe to the comments on each blog post, just make a comment yourself, or click in the box as if you’re about to type and then tick the box that comes up that says ‘notify me of follow-up’. You can then unsubscribe from it at any point.

The 280 page deeply-researched, product-specific Gluten Plan, which will take you through the whole testing, diet and treatment spectrum of any gluten related disorder

The additional TGF Books, such as the TGF Adrenal Plan and TGF Candida Plan. In the Gluten Plan, there is a suggested staged treatment plan for you that will help show you how to progress through if yours is a complex case ie. do you do detox first or bolster your adrenals etc?

Tons of useful resources in the aptly-named Gluten Resources.

For general health info, the Purehealth clinic site is packed with information so have a good look round. Click on the A-Z of Health factsheets where you will find various sections like IBS, Weight Loss, Menopause, Candida, Low Stomach Acid, Adrenal Fatigue etc and read the info there. You should find plenty of ideas where to start with testing and treatment. I am updating and adding stuff as fast as my little fingers will type.

There are also loads more free articles, more detailed factsheets and ebooks in the shop and mentioned in the various pages and posts.

If you need test info, see the overall Gluten Testing page here. There are loads you can access postally but done via accredited labs. See here for how to have tests done and how the process works.

If you need supplements, be very aware that the vast majority contain grains – and therefore glutens – and will hinder rather than help you. Read TGF Supplements for more on this issue and where to get safe ones from.

Much of the info you need is there: use the search box on the top right and something will invariably come up to help you.

But sometimes, it is nice to chat and get some more advice. And there are several ways to do that. Someone, somewhere is bound to have thought or asked the same thing. Many of you are experts in your own health conditions and we can really help each other along, so do please feel able to ask your question and, in return, share what you know.

Use Comments on the blogs to ask me and the TGF family something.

Use Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest or wherever the fancy takes you. I’m on all of them and you can use the links on the right.

If your question is a bit personal and you don’t want to share it with the whole world, use the TrulyGlutenFree Facebook Group. This is a closed group where you can chat with other TGF people and me; it’s the most active place for TGF chat. There is also a special one for Gluten Planners too – there is a link in the Gluten Plan for you to join.

Or, you can email me.

Do bear in mind, though, that I am not taking patients on currently so please don’t ask me to take your case on; it breaks my heart to say no. But, I can steer you in the right direction, advise you on tests, correct remedies, where to start or whatever.

Lots to go at there. Don’t be shy. We have all been there in some way or another and are here to help.
