More Truly #Gluten Free Barrier Plan Feedback

Hey, I like asking you your opinion; you say such lovely things!

See the last post about the Barrier Plan that I have asked some guinea pig readers to feedback on before I release it. Meantime, a couple more have come in:

I think you’ve managed to provide a one-stop-shop for anyone suffering from food intolerances which will plug a gap as nothing like it exists – or if it does, I haven’t found it.

The document is first class and the months of planning and writing have been very worthwhile. It’s a unique document which countless numbers of people will find supremely useful.

Wow. I might just get a decent gut back now!! It’s not just a light in a dark tunnel that has been turned on, it’s a chandelier!!

I too am blown away by the sheer amount of work and knowledge involved in making the plan – and dealing with all our constant questions on the web site/blogs , your clinics and healing yourself – a true inspiration to us all.  I do feel there is hope for me now!

Thank you so much for allowing me the privilege of reading the plan. I so look forward to finally being able to pay!

I have started making some tweaks, like adding colour to the different sections and making some things a bit clearer – and more positive (as most said I had underplayed the potential a great deal – my natural reticence!) I am also happily beavering away building a forum, FAQ and Resources area for the inevitable questions.

Won’t keep you waiting much longer. Not all the Resources will be ready but there is plenty of time to see what you need and add those as we go along. It evolves almost daily which is why I need some clever ways to keep Plan followers up to date.

I am almost 2 months into the Plan myself now (having managed to get the supplements in after a year of trying!) and everyone keeps saying how well I look, I haven’t had a migraine for a few weeks (can’t remember, which is a good sign in itself!) and I am hoping my broken barriers, inflammation and immunity madness are starting to repair and calm down.

  1. can’t wait to see it!!!

  2. What do you suffer from Micki and what is this plan – I’m way behind in emails and working the wrong way round latest first instead of oldest first so I’m probably missing something.,
As well as the diet what supplements do you take

    • That’s a long answer, Janet! You’ll have to read the blog posts and pages, but in short I have NCGS and coeliac disease, plus PCOS, and myriad other symptoms, most recently chronic fatigue (again) and migraine. The supplements I am taking will be in the Plan when it comes out.

      • Sounds like “overload” Micki – not just happy giving you one thing “let’s give her a few” and none of them are trivial.
Life is so unfair but perhaps they saw in you a “champion” for the cause – but still – very unfair ! When there are so many horrible nasty people out there.

      • Indeed. Thanks Janet

  3. Looking forward to reading this!

  4. Thank goodness you are a finally a symptom of your own success – congratulations – and may many more sufferers follow in your footsteps when the plan comes out.
