#Gluten Free Indian Dosa For Lunch

Besan Puda Dosa

Caroline sent in this message yesterday and the recipe looks easy-peasy and very tasty. I am going to try one for lunch today:

Made these tonight – simple, fast, tasty, truly gluten free ( if you miss out the optional rice flour) and they don’t fall to bits!

Comments: Gram flour can be cross-contaminated so watch out. See here for people’s comments on the ones they use. Also, chilli is going to be on the list of foods that don’t help the gut lining to heal (sorry, don’t shoot the messenger), so don’t have too much or too often. Use a food mixer or grater to prepare your courgette or veg; I don’t suppose it matters if the veg is in little sticks or mushy, it’ll all taste the same! Have fun.
